34,000 rise in employment shows that Gov't measures are working – D'Arcy

Senator Michael D'Arcy, has today (Thursday 29th August) welcomed figures from the Central Statistics Office (CSO) which show that employment has risen by 1.8% in the last year. D'Arcy turns sod on new Tesco Gorey store

  Multi-million Euro investment major boost to town. The community of Gorey is set to benefit from the development of a new Tesco store on lands adjacent to the monument. The sod was turned on the site today (Friday 5th October) by Senator Michael D'Arcy at 1pm.
